The goal

Build a steady flow of inquiries for a private chauffeur service in Paris, from Russian- and English-speaking travelers in Europe, the US, and the CIS, at no more than €20 per lead.

Where we started

The client had run ads before, but:

  • the campaigns were built too broadly,
  • keywords overlapped with ordinary taxi and Uber searches,
  • the leads were off-target,
  • cost per lead was unpredictable.

The account had to target the customer who wants a personal driver, not someone hailing a ride on demand.

What we did

We built two separate campaign structures:

  • Russian-language, for the CIS audience that travels to France often;
  • English-language, for the US, Canada, and Europe.

We rebuilt the keyword set around exact intent: someone who wants a personal driver, a chauffeur for the day, or a business-class transfer, not a taxi.

We excluded every query for:

  • taxis,
  • cheap rides,
  • Uber / Bolt / BlaBlaCar.

We launched:

  • Search campaigns on exact-match keywords,
  • Performance Max for the English-language market,
  • landing pages written for each audience.

Results after two months

  • 154 qualified leads
  • ✅ Average cost per lead: €20 or less
  • ✅ The English-language campaigns performed best (US + Canada)
  • ✅ Performance Max captured demand from tourists and business travelers
  • ✅ The client began scaling by season and by travel destination

What made the difference

Focusing on user intent, splitting the audiences, and adapting the offer by country brought the cost per lead down and cleared out the off-target inquiries. It left the client with a steady flow of leads from travelers to Paris who can afford the service.
